When will my package arrive?

A delivery time is specified for each product. If you place an order involving multiple products, we will give you the delivery time for your entire order at the end of the ordering process.

If you are placing your order on a weekday before 18:00 hours in the Benelux, you will receive your package the next working day (in the Netherlands we also deliver on Saturdays). Deliveries to France and Germany involve a two-day and a three-day wait respectively. Deliveries to other EU countries take three or four working days.

If you are placing your order on a Saturday before 12 noon, then your package will arrive on the following Monday (Benelux), Wednesday (France), Thursday (Germany and other EU countries) or Friday (other EU countries). These delivery times also apply to orders placed on Sunday before midnight, with the exception of packages intended for the Benelux. These will arrive on Tuesday.

Due to stock levels, some products may come with a longer delivery time than specified above. We will clearly state this as part of the product information. After all, there’s nothing so annoying as not knowing when your package will be delivered!

Can I track my package?

As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive shipping confirmation with track and trace. The link in this mail will take you to the website of your parcel delivery service, where you can follow the journey of your package.

 

How much are the delivery charges?

Viata delivers to your home and office, but also to DPD collection points. Delivery charges vary depending on the country of delivery. For Belgium, the delivery fee is 3.95 euros, for Luxembourg 4.95 euros, for the Netherlands and France 5.95 euros and for Germany 6.95 euros.

If your basket is sufficiently filled, we will even deliver for free! In Belgium, the sum total of your purchase to qualify for free delivery starts from 49 euros, in Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Germany from 59 euros and in France from 69 euros. We also deliver to all other EU countries (click here for the full list), but not to remote islands and Cyprus. If the delivery location is an island address nearby, we charge a supplement.

How much time do I have to think about it?

Not satisfied with your purchase? In that case you can return your package within 14 days. From the time you notify us, you have another 14 days to return everything. Make sure you return the item in its original condition, unused, unopened and with the original documents.

 

What can I return and what not?

All items with a demonstrable defect or flaw, which are unopened, unused, in the original packaging with the original documents, can be returned up to 14 days after receipt.

What can't you return? Items with a limited sell by date or that spoil quickly, and sealed items where the seal is broken or which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection. Medicines can't be returned either, except if they are found to be flawed. However, you can cancel them before they are shipped.

How can I return my package?

Contact our customer service or fill in the return form. You will then be sent a return label to return your products free of charge. Stick the label on your package and send it back via a DPD collection point. When we receive your package we check the item and refund the sum paid within 14 business days.
